🌸🌱 What I'm Doing to Support That Shift

Instead of fighting it, I’ve been working with it.

Keeping things simple. Gentle. Supportive.

• Slowing down at night instead of pushing through

• Drinking herbal teas and warming my body back up

• Using my herbal beanbag — heating it up and letting my body relax into it

• Opening the windows — even for a few minutes of fresh air

• Getting outside more, even just to breathe

• Letting go of what feels heavy — physically and mentally

Not forcing energy… just allowing it to return.

My Spring Reset Rituals (What

I'm Actually Using)

One of the biggest ways I’ve been supporting this shift is through baths.

Real ingredients. Nothing artificial.

Right now, I’m using blends of:

  • Himalayan salt + Epsom salt

  • dried lavender, rose, eucalyptus, marigold, and whatever I’m drawn to

  • essential oils depending on what my body needs

Some days calming.

Some days energizing.

Some days just grounding.

And I’ve also been using my herbal heat packs —

warming them up and letting my body soften, release, and reset.

These small rituals make a bigger difference than you’d think.

And because I believe in them, I’ve started creating them intentionally —

bath soaks, floral blends, herbal heat wraps — all things I use myself first.

They’ll be part of my spring collection 🌿

Creating a Fresh Space, Naturally

Spring always makes me want to reset my space too.

Not with harsh chemicals —

but in a way that actually feels clean.

So I started making my own natural air blends.

Himalayan salt, cloves, essential oils —

simple, but powerful.

Something about it just shifts the energy of a room.

It’s not overwhelming.

It just feels… lighter.

Moving With the Season — Not Against It

This time of year isn’t about forcing productivity.

It’s about honoring the transition.

Letting your body catch up.

Letting your energy return naturally.

Because balance isn’t something you chase —

it’s something you come back to.

And sometimes all that takes is:

a little warmth

a little fresh air

a little intention

And a willingness to slow down long enough to feel it 🌿
